There are so many beautiful spaces that we were able to use at different points in the day, making it feel like we had multiple venues in one. There are also some gorgeous features, such as the ceiling tapestries and saltwater spa, that make the stay even more luxurious and unique. The place is immaculate, and there was a lovely team of staff on hand to maintain it throughout our stay. Another feature we loved was the flexibility and freedom we had with this venue. We could pretend it was entirely ours for the weekend—there were no curfews, and we could bring our own supplies (it even has a huge cellar that we filled). One thing that made Mas Torroella even more special was its owner, Silvia. She has been incredibly helpful every step of the way, from when we first started looking at the venue over a year ago, to helping with vendors, doing site visits, and answering questions.

From the moment you arrive at the property, you know you're somewhere special. You immediately notice the privacy, the landscaping, and the beauty in every direction. We knew it was going to be amazing, but the charm of Mas Torroella exceeded our expectations. Not only was there plenty of parking in the field for all our guests, but we were also able to drive into and through the courtyard for an unbelievable entrance to the villa and to unload our bags, groceries, etc. We were greeted by Silvia, the most AMAZING host, whom we quickly fell in love with. She gave us a tour of the property and answered any questions we had before turning the "keys" over to us. We cannot thank her enough for her warmth, kindness, generosity, and expertise during the biggest weekend of our lives! When we stepped into the villa, our jaws dropped. Each room was properly labeled for the guests (a VERY nice touch), making it easy for everyone to find their rooms and get settled in quickly so they could tour the rest of the villa and property. Within minutes, it felt like home.

From the moment we watched the video for Mas Torroella, we knew it was our dream wedding venue—little did we know it would exceed all of our dreams and expectations. Silvia and Rhia were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, roughly a year and a half, of organizing our wedding and week-long holiday at Mas Torroella. As a same-sex couple, it can often be a little daunting to plan something like this, not knowing if you will be accepted or treated the same. At Mas Torroella, we felt completely comfortable. The venue is truly inclusive, and we didn’t have to worry about this one bit! We don't speak any Spanish, but Silvia's English is amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, and their patience was greatly appreciated. They answered our many, many questions (and we had a lot) without hesitation. When our week-long stay finally arrived, it was like being in a dream. Mas Torroella and its facilities are out of this world—all of our guests fell in love with the place, especially the spa! Every little thoughtful detail that has gone into this venue is a true credit to Silvia and her team.

There are no words to describe just how amazing this beautiful villa is. I booked this stunning villa way back in 2019 for my wedding, which was originally scheduled for 2020 but unfortunately had to be postponed multiple times due to COVID. I finally had my wedding here three years after the original date, and it was worth the wait! It was the most magical day! Silvia, the owner of the villa, is truly the kindest and most amazing lady you will ever meet. She and her staff were incredible throughout the whole process, sticking by us through all the delays and date changes. Not only was the wedding day perfect, but the entire week at the villa with our nearest and dearest family and friends was an unforgettable experience. The villa looks stunning in photos, but it will truly take your breath away when you see it in person. Every part of it is gorgeous. The decor is beautiful, and the villa is so expansive that you feel like you’re in your own little world. All of our guests were completely blown away and said they had the most amazing week. Mas Toroella is the most beautiful villa, full of character, charm, and beauty. It is picturesque, peaceful, and provides fantastic facilities for all—stunning bedrooms, a swimming pool, bathrooms, and a kitchen. But most importantly, the host Silvia is outstanding, truly out of this world. Whatever you want from a holiday, you will get at Mas Toroella. They would literally move mountains for you. It’s close to a beautiful seaside town called Calella de Palafrugell, which is lovely to visit and offers shops and delicious eateries for when you venture out of the villa, but there is generally no need. Everything you need is at Mas Torroella, and it will give you the most memorable break. It’s perfect for weddings (ours ❤️) but even more perfect for a memorable getaway. It is breathtaking. Where to start? We got married here in April 2022. We first arranged a video call with the owner, Silvia, during COVID. From the moment we met her, we felt like she was family and immediately fell in love with the venue and her passion. Our friends and family were absolutely amazed by the facilities, which exceeded all expectations. Silvia went above and beyond to help us organize our wedding day, and to our surprise, she even came to see us on our wedding morning to wish us luck. Everything is out this world much more than we expected and we was more than delighted. The best chance we ever took was to book this. From start to finish Silvia has everything covered and makes sure that any questions you have are answered with so much detail nothing is to much trouble and all the information sent out to you prior to your visit is so much help. The actual time in the villa with family was amazing so spacious and something to accommodate everyone even more so with the small cottage for more family to stay on the grounds. The area we choose to get married was the ruins but you are free to have your wedding as you wish and there is definitely something for everyone. The place is beautifully clean and really embodies the local culture & the history of the villa makes it even more special.
